VARSITY and HIGH SCHOOL WARMUP

Posted on July 25th, 2015 at 9:03 am, in Uncategorized

Princeton Tigers Aquatics Club is excited to announce the creation of a new Varsity training group, and the return of the High School Warmup program.

VARSITY GROUP
This new Varsity group will be aimed at 13 and Over Swimmers who would like all the benefits of training with the PTAC team, while being able to focus on other activities besides club swimming.  This group is the perfect alternative for swimmers who would like to train all year, while competing primarily with their High School teams.  This group is also ideal for those in multiple AP and college prep courses who would like to take additional time to complete their studies.  Varsity group swimmers will practice directly with our Junior and Senior Groups, and there will be no specific attendance requirement.  Athletes will be USA swimming registered, and eligible for all USA swimming competitions.

HIGH SCHOOL WARMUP
Our High School warmup group will train as direct part of the Varsity group from September until the start of the HS Season in November.  This group is for swimmers who would like some additional training time to get in shape for the HS swimming season, but who are not interested in training all year.   The athletes in this group will be USA swimming registered, but will not be entered in competition.

These two groups will become a great part of our program in the years to come.  If interested, please contact PTAC Head Coach – Miles Cava (miles.cava@gmail.com)
